An architect and a real estate enthusiast with award-winning projects built internationally, Joey brings over 25 years of holistic value-add visions to all PLACE ARCHT projects. As the founder of PLACE ARCHT, she is passionate about placemaking for the development of future-proof and sustainable urban cities. She believes that design should adapt to constant change and that architects and designers should always be forward thinking in placemaking, challenging the present and creating the future.

Joey holds Master’s degree in Architecture from University of Pennsylvania and Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Studies from University of Washington and is a registered architect in New York.

DANIEL STIENSMEIER

Passionate about new and innovative technology solutions to enhance the present and the future of our urban cities, Daniel is motivated in marrying human intellect with data science. He is in the front line in establishing PLACE ARCHT ’s digital design approach into the future.

BAILEY & MARLEY

/ PLACE AMBASSADORS

Bailey is passionate about food, and loves to interact with people, he shows his gratitude and affection by flapping his ears. Marley prides himself on showing attention to detail, he is agile, a couch warmer and never misses out when treats are on offer. As PLACE Ambassadors Bailey and Marley make regular appearances on Star Street and Sau Wa Fong, Wan Chai in Hong Kong welcoming everyone who visits the PLACE ARCHT studio. Their unique individuality makes them a popular addition to the neighborhood. They even have their own Instagram page! Favourite pastimes include, running, wrestling, and napping.
