Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Drafting Specialist to join our team on a consultancy basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating comprehensive technical drawings and a deep understanding of building codes and regulations in Thailand. This role is project-based and offers the opportunity to contribute to exciting urban development projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details, using AutoCAD or Revit.
  • Ensure all drawings comply with Thai building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to translate design concepts into precise technical plans.
  • Revise and update drawings based on feedback from the project team.
  • Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all drafting work.
  • Provide technical support and expertise during the design and construction phases.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in architectural drafting, with a portfolio showcasing technical drawings.
  • Proficiency in drafting software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Strong knowledge of Thai building codes and regulations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a remote team.
  • Previous experience working on projects in Southeast Asia is a plus.
