Role Overview

The Code and Regulations Consultant will provide expert advice throughout all phases of architectural projects, ensuring compliance with Thai building codes, permits, and regulations. This role is integral to shaping compliant, high-quality designs and facilitating seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise on code and regulation compliance during all project stages, from conceptual design to completion.

  • Review architectural plans and technical drawings to ensure alignment with Thai building codes, permits, and local regulations.

  • Offer guidance on permitting processes and regulatory frameworks.

  • Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to proactively address compliance challenges.

  • Conduct compliance audits at key milestones and recommend solutions to potential issues.

Qualifications

  • Extensive knowledge of Thai building codes, regulations and permitting procedures.
  • Proven experience in regulatory compliance across multiple project phases in Thailand.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with remote and on-site teams.
